New clients will be emailed forms that will help with having more time on the table and to save on paper. If you are unable to complete the online forms, please arrive 10-15mins before your appointment to complete online forms.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for trusting Align Remedial Therapy. We understand that plans do change, we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Notice
As a small business and to cover operational cost, at ART, we request that changes to bookings and cancellations be made 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.
​
Cancellation Terms:
Appointment changes or cancellations with 24hours or more will not incur fees.
​
Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less (6 hours before the appointment) will incur a 50% charge of the total appointment.
​
No shows and appointments cancelled less than 6 hours will incur 100% of the total appointment.
Payment of fees
Clients will be invoiced and will need to be settled within 7 days before any future appointments can be made.

Substitution
To avoid cancellation fees you can nominate another person to come to take your appointment.

Late Policy
At ART, we value your time and aim to provide the best service within your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, please note:

We may not be able to accommodate the full duration of your appointment.
​
Full payment for the appointment will be required, regardless of the duration of the appointment.
Gift Card Policy
Thank you for choosing a gift card from Align Remedial Therapy. Please review our gift card policy

Purchase and Usage
Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount and can be put towards any services offered at Align Remedial Therapy, unless otherwise specified.
​
Gift cards are non refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
​
Expiration
All gift cards have an 3 year expiry date of the original purchase.
​
Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiration date.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash.

Redemption
To redeem your gift card, please present at your appointment.
